If you should need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a $20 cancellation fee if done within the 24 hours of your appointment time.

A 10 minute grace period will be given after the start of the scheduled appointment time. Clients who are later than that grace period or who are not present for their appointment will be marked as a "no show" and will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. Instances of rescheduling at the request of the service provider, will not incur any additional fees.

All fees/deposits/payments made are non-refundable in the case of cancellation, missed appointments, or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment for any reason you may use your fees/deposits/payments as a credit towards future appointment/products of equal or lesser value, or be used as partial payments for appointments/products of greater value.

When purchasing a session/ritual/PDF, you (the client) understand that the outcome of these services is dependent upon your own responsibility and actions. You acknowledge that success differs from person to person and are responsible and accountable for your own decisions, actions and results in life. I (the client) agree not to attempt to hold Spellbound Sounds, LLC or any affiliates liable for any results or actions, at any time, under any circumstance.

The personal experiences & testimonials for Spellbound Sounds, LLC are not a guarantee of what I should expect to experience. Although Spellbound Sounds, LLC will accept all testimonials in good faith, Spellbound Sounds, LLC has not independently examined the specific personal results of each client and therefore has not verified any specific experiences, improvements, changes or results quoted therein. These results may or may not be typical, and my results or experiences, if any, will vary and there is a risk that I will not make any changes at all, or experience what I believe I should experience.
